Cheques should be made payable to ‘Cheshunt Hockey Club’ and passed to the Treasurer, Alex Pitts, by the due date.
In order to help members spread the cost of their fees, we will be accepting payment in two instalments. Should you wish to take advantage of this facility, you will be asked to pay 50% of the discounted rate on or before 22nd October 2011, to be accompanied AT THE SAME TIME with a post-dated cheque for 31 January 2012, for the balance.
It is important to note that if subscriptions have not been paid by 22nd October 2011 you will not be eligible to play and only upon receipt of the full payment will your name be added to the list of available players.
If, for any reason, a member is unable to play for a significant part of the season then a reduced subscription can be negotiated. Similarly, if any member has difficulty in paying their subscription then they should immediately contact Alex to discuss alternative arrangements.
Please note that should a cheque bounce, then any associated bank fees charged to the Club’s account will be reclaimed from the player.

Match day subs are managed by your team captains, please ensure that this is paid to your captains each week you play.

Senior training is held on Tuesday evenings, from 9.00pm to 10.00pm, at Turnford School. It is recommended to meet at 8.45pm to ensure a prompt start.

Junior training continues to run on Thursday evenings, from 6.00pm to 7.00pm, at Goffs School Astro Turf.
